Privacy Policy

Short version: this site has no forms and collects nothing. If you email us, we hold that email so we can reply. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.

What we collect

Only what you choose to put in an email to us: usually your name, business name, email address and whatever you tell us about your business. The website itself collects nothing.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, send you the price list, and manage your account if you become a customer. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and performance of a contract once you order.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become accounts are deleted after 12 months. Customer account and invoicing records are kept for six years to meet Irish tax and company law requirements.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the service providers needed to run the business, such as our email provider and accountant. We do not sell or rent contact details.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@omniovosolutions.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
